Schedule "A"

WHEREAS the Community Charter provides that Council may, by bylaw, exempt from taxation land or improvements owned or held by a municipality, regional district or other local authority, and that Council considers are used for a purpose of the local authority;

NOW THEREFORE the Council of the City of Abbotsford, in open meeting assembled, ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:

Citation

1 Bylaw No. 2356-2014 may be cited as "Local Government Tax Exemption Bylaw, 2015".

Exemption from taxation

2 The extent of exemption from taxation for the properties owned by the City of Abbotsford, as set out in Schedule "A", attached to, and forming part of this bylaw, shall apply for the year 2015.

Effective date

3 This bylaw shall take effect January 1, 2015.
